• Month 2 (Weeks 5-8): 0.20 ml (0.5 mg)

• Month 3 (Weeks 9-12): 0.4 ml (1 mg)

• Month 4 (Weeks 13-16): 0.68 ml (1.7 mg)

• Month 5 onward (Maintenance): 1.0 ml (2.5 mg)
